Educational Advocacy & Parent Coaching

Bravura Educational Partners provides family-centered educational advocacy and parent coaching to support families navigating IEPs, 504 Plans, school meetings, and student discipline. Services are non-legal in nature and focus on coaching, preparation, guidance, and collaborative advocacy.

Pricing is based on the type of service, number of documents, complexity of concerns, and time required. Families are always informed of fees and service levels before services begin.

Expedited Services 

We understand that school situations can arise quickly and unexpectedly. When support is needed within 72 hours or less, expedited services may be available.

  • Expedited requests include an additional 25%–50% fee, based on volume and urgency

  • Availability varies and is subject to confirmation

  • Families will always be informed of the expedited fee before services begin

  • If your need is urgent, please indicate this in your Client Inquiry Email

Starter Parent
Support Package
$450

Best for families new to the process or seeking foundational support

Includes:

  • Two parent coaching sessions

  • Record review

  • Meeting preparation checklist, “look for’s,” and “listen for’s”

 

Ideal for families seeking clarity, confidence, and a strong starting point.

IEP Navigation Package $1,200

Best for families preparing for an important IEP or 504 meeting

 

Includes:

  • Record review

  • Three parent coaching sessions

  • Attendance at one IEP or 504 meeting (in person or virtual)

  • Post-meeting action plan

Ideal for families facing key decisions, transitions, or concerns about progress or services.

Ongoing Advocacy (One Calendar Year)  $2,500

Best for families needing consistent, ongoing support

 

Includes:

  • Priority scheduling

  • Monthly coaching sessions, as needed

  • Ongoing document review

  • Meeting attendance throughout the year

  • And more! 

 

Well suited for families navigating complex or high-stakes advocacy over a full IEP cycle.

Individual Services &
Targeted Supports

Many families don’t need ongoing advocacy or a full support package, but still benefit from targeted guidance at key moments. Bravura Educational Partners offers individual services designed to meet families where they are, providing focused support for specific needs, meetings, or questions.

These one-time services allow families to access coaching, preparation, and advocacy support without a long-term commitment, while still receiving thoughtful, values-driven guidance centered on what is best and right for kids.

Parent Coaching & Strategy
 
$125 per hour 
In person or virtual

Parent coaching sessions are designed to help families gain clarity, confidence, and direction.

Includes support with:

  • Understanding the IEP or 504 process

  • Preparing for school meetings

  • Clarifying parent and school responsibilities

  • Coaching on communication strategies

  • Post-meeting reflection and next steps

Record Review & Preparation

$200–$400 flat fee
Based on volume and complexity*

Record review services provide families with a clear understanding of their child’s educational history and priorities for upcoming meetings.
 
Includes:

  • Review of IEPs, 504 Plans, evaluations, and progress data

  • Written summary of strengths, concerns, and key questions

  • Talking points to support upcoming meetings
     

IEP / 504 Meeting Attendance

In Person: $350 per meeting
Virtual: $300 per meeting

 
Includes:

  • Pre-meeting preparation (up to 60 minutes)

  • Meeting attendance (up to 2 hours)

  • Post-meeting debrief and action plan​

 
Travel within the Omaha metro area is included. For travel outside the metro area, please inquire.

Student Discipline Support
Suspension, Manifestation Determination, and Expulsion
 
Students with IEPs or 504 Plans
Suspension Meeting: $400
Expulsion Hearing: $750

 
Includes:

  • Review of incident documentation and school discipline procedures

  • Review of educational and discipline history (expulsion-related)

  • Coaching related to disability protections and discipline processes

  • Manifestation Determination Meeting (MDM) support (IEP students only)

  • Strategy session with parent(s) (expulsion-related)

  • Meeting or hearing attendance (virtual or in person)

  • Guidance on documentation, follow-up, and communication

  • Post-meeting or post-hearing transition guidance (expulsion-related)

 
Services are non-legal in nature and do not include legal advice or representation.

Student Discipline Support

Students Without an IEP or 504 Plan
Suspension: $300
Expulsion: $600


Includes:

  • Review of incident documentation and school discipline procedures

  • Parent coaching to prepare for meetings or hearings

  • Attendance and support during meetings (virtual or in person)

  • Guidance on documentation, communication, and next steps

*Pricing for record review and preparation is based on the number of documents, the length of educational history, and the complexity of concerns involved.

This ensures families receive the appropriate level of review and support for their unique situation.​The level of review will be determined after an initial intake and brief document preview. Families will be informed of the applicable fee before services begin.

Written Input & Documentation Support: $150

Written support includes up to two revisions, if needed.

Includes:

  • Parent input statements

  • Response to Prior Written Notice (PWN)

  • Email drafts to school teams (up to 3 exchanges)

  • Follow-up summaries after meetings

  • Accommodation requests

​Supporting children and families is at the heart of this work, and is my “why”.  For families experiencing financial hardship, sliding scale pricing may be available in order to help ensure access to educational advocacy and parent support services.​Sliding scale arrangements are offered on a limited basis and determined individually. Families are encouraged to inquire confidentially to discuss options.
